Delivery time
The delivery time starts to run after clarification of any ambiguities regarding the order, that is, after the order has been confirmed by Liv Systems d. o. o.
The delivery date or delivery date is the day when the goods are shipped from our warehouse or the day when the buyer was informed that the goods were ready for pickup.
Partial deliveries are reserved.
The confirmed delivery time may be extended in the event of a subsequent change in the customer's order (quantity, technical specification of the goods, etc.) and in cases in which Liv Systems d. o. o. it has no influence, that is, in cases of force majeure. As a force majeure, we understand the prolongation of delivery times due to larger breakage machines at our supplier's factory, strikes, natural and other disasters, wartime and the like. As a force majeure, we also understand the substantial extension of our suppliers 'delivery times due to the extension of their sub-suppliers' delivery times. In such cases, extending the delivery time is equal to the duration of the force majeure and the required time to restart production at our supplier.
In the event of late delivery, the Buyer may set a new reasonable delivery time within which Liv Systems d. o. o. to deliver the goods, otherwise the buyer can cancel the order without obligation.
